Our creative and dedicated community of 350+ artists, engineers, designers and producers are all working toward a common goal: making fantastic games we’re proud of – and that we want to play.

We also know when to take a break and relax… and that’s where our longstanding tradition of Cheer and Cake comes in. Every week on a Friday, we get together and recognize people’s achievements and their birthdays (hence the cake!). Even though we’ve grown dramatically in numbers, we still sing Happy Birthday, and that’s a big part of EA Black Box tradition – the notion of socializing and getting to know the people we work with.
